Basic Service

The basic membership includes a 30-45 minute consultation call. During this call, a nurse/health coach will review your current concerns, gather a pertinent health history, and collect any other necessary information. We will review any current labs from a functional medicine perspective. Together, we will determine the next steps for your health journey. You will receive individualized diet, lifestyle, and nutritional recommendations based on your concerns. You will also have access to educational materials throughout your 30-day membership..
Traditional Service
$250
Our traditional membership gives you a 45-90 minute intake call with a nurse/health coach, plus a 30-60 minute follow-up call with our nurse practitioner. You'll get the same detailed intake as the basic membership: a deep dive into your health history, symptoms, treatments, labs, and everything else. We can also recommend in-depth testing if it's right for you, like GI-MAP, DUTCH hormone tests, or GeneSight testing.* You'll have access to educational materials, diet plans, protocols, and discounted supplements shipped straight to your door for eight weeks. *Keep in mind, extra testing might cost extra.
Elite Service
$650
With our Elite Membership, you'll get a 45-90 minute intake call with a nurse, plus 2-3 follow-up calls with our nurse practitioner.
You'll have direct access to a nurse or health coach for the entire 8-12 weeks of your membership.
You'll also get discounted lab testing and supplements, a personalized care plan that we can adjust every 2-4 weeks, and weekly check-ins with an accountability coach to keep you on track with your diet and lifestyle changes.
Plus, you'll save 10% on any extra testing you might need.
